    Discovery.

    A 60-minute call to understand your business, your customers, and what success actually looks like. You leave with a fixed scope and a fixed price — no surprise invoices later.

    Design & build.

  • Why Astro instead of WordPress or Wix?

    Astro produces static HTML — no database, no plugins to keep updated, no security patches. That means faster sites, better SEO, and lower hosting costs forever. WordPress made sense in 2015. For a small business in 2026, Astro is the right tool.

  • How long does a typical project take?

    Starter sites: 2–3 weeks. Standard sites: 4–6 weeks. Custom builds vary based on scope. You'll get a fixed timeline in your discovery call before we start.

  • Do I own the website when we're done?

    Completely. The code lives in a Git repository you own. You can hire any developer to maintain or extend it. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary builders, no holding the keys hostage.

  • Will my site rank on Google?

    A new site won't rank instantly — that takes months of consistent SEO work. But every site I build is structured for SEO from day one with proper schema, fast load times, and mobile-first design. Want help speeding it up? Add SEO services or Google Ads.

  • What if I need changes after launch?

    Small changes are billed at $60/hour pay-as-you-go. Frequent changes are better handled with a monthly retainer — see Support & maintenance for options.

  • Do you serve businesses outside Burlington?

    Yes — I work with clients across the GTA: Oakville, Milton, Hamilton, Mississauga, Toronto. Most projects are remote with optional in-person meetings for clients close enough to drive to.
