The challenge
Donna Irving runs Seniors Helper in Burlington, providing personalized cleaning and home support for seniors. Her business runs almost entirely on word-of-mouth and referrals — and that part already worked. What she didn’t have was a place to send people when someone asked “do they have a website?”
She didn’t need lead generation. She needed a digital business card that loaded fast, looked professional, and gave new clients an easy way to get in touch.

Outcome
The site does exactly what it’s supposed to do: load fast, communicate clearly, make it easy for a family member or referral to get in touch. Not every project needs to be a lead-generation machine. Some businesses are built on trust and referrals, and the website’s job is just to confirm the obvious — yes, this is real, and yes, you can call her.
Donna can hand out her domain on a business card and know her digital presence will hold up.
